We want you to be happy with Contency. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, provided that your account shows low or no usage of the paid features during that period.
What "low usage" means
Contency is an AI generation tool — each generation has a real cost to us. To prevent abuse, refunds are granted when our usage logs show that the account has been substantially inactive since purchase. Specifically, a refund will be approved if both of the following are true:
- The account generated fewer than 10 ideas in total since the subscription started, and
- The account has had no Pro feature activity for at least the last 10 consecutive days before the refund request.
If your usage exceeds these thresholds, we may offer a partial refund or account credit at our discretion. We always review requests individually and in good faith — if you have a genuine reason (technical issue, accidental purchase, billing error), please tell us and we'll work it out with you.
Always-eligible cases
Regardless of usage, we will issue a full refund if:
- The service was unavailable or significantly broken for an extended period, or
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, charged after cancellation), or
- The charge is required to be refunded by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at dynamivets.media@gmail.com with the email used at checkout, and we'll review your request and initiate the refund if it qualifies.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is approved your subscription is cancelled and Pro features are revoked immediately. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your Account page — your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again. Cancelling before renewal is the easiest way to avoid being charged for a period you don't intend to use.
