Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of Contency (the "Service"), operated by ANTON MATUS ANDRIYOVICH, a sole trader (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), and that if you use the Service on behalf of an organization you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

Contency is a software-as-a-service tool that generates content ideas and drafts for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) using AI. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and deciding whether to publish any AI-generated output.

3. Account & accuracy

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam, harassment, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
  • attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, circumvention of technical limits);
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing AI content product.

5. AI-specific terms

  • You are responsible for your prompts, the way you use the outputs, and for verifying their accuracy before publishing.
  • You must have all necessary rights to any content (including writing samples for Voice Match) you submit to the Service.
  • Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete and are NOT a substitute for professional, financial, legal, medical, or other regulated advice.
  • You may NOT use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes of real people without consent, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the underlying AI models.
  • We may remove, restrict, refuse, or filter outputs and may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.
  • If you believe an output infringes your rights, contact dynamivets.media@gmail.com. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service, including the software, models, interface, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you are paying for. Subject to our license to host and process content to provide the Service, you retain ownership of the writing samples and prompts you submit.

7. Payment, billing, taxes & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

9. Service level & warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: (a) material breach of these Terms, (b) non-payment, (c) suspected security or fraud risk, or (d) repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal — access continues until the end of the paid period.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
